Sit the Downs
Inspired by his love of the South Downs around Newhaven & his work as a meditation teacher, Alistair Appleton is leading a group meditation practice on the Downs. A return of this amazingly popular event. Meet at Southease Station at 8am. After a climb up to the Downs, enjoy a peaceful meditation followed by the descent ending with refreshments at the Youth Hostel Cafe. A total of approximately 1.5-2 hours.
